How to make buckle tourniquet
卡扣式止血帶是臨床護理工作中必不可少的用具。臨床靜脈輸液、抽血時常用的止血帶為直徑0.6cm乳膠管止血帶。此種止血帶存在以下不足:止血帶為圓柱狀,易滑脫,不易扎緊;在止血帶交叉打結時,易使皮膚扭曲,使病人感到疼痛;在阻斷表淺靜脈同時動脈亦被阻斷,肢體遠端動脈血流減少,導致靜脈充盈不良,皮膚發紺;操作繁瑣,一次不易扎緊,影響工作效率。為了減少上述現象的發生,我們設計了一種醫用卡扣式止血器,經臨床使用,效果良好,F介紹如下。1制作方法1.1用物醫用卡扣式止血器,有塑料卡扣一個,長度約45cm的寬扁止血帶1根。1.2制作方法醫用卡扣式止血器結構見圖1。將止血帶一端打螺絲,放入一卡扣環內。另一端放入另一側卡扣環內,使止血帶呈一環狀。1—卡扣體;2—右側孔;3—左側孔;4—止血帶;5—卡片;6—卡頭;1醫用卡扣式止血器結構示意圖1.3使用方法使用醫用卡扣式止血器時,將卡扣中的卡片按下,使卡扣的內外孔對齊,將止血帶穿過卡扣中的內外卡孔并將末端打結,形成盲端,另一端從同一側再次穿過卡扣中另外的內外卡孔即可。靜脈輸液、抽血時,將本止血器套在穿刺點上方5cm處,將尾巴塑料件端一拉,即可將其固定拉緊。
The buckle tourniquet is an indispensable tool in clinical nursing work. The common tourniquet used in clinical intravenous infusion and blood extraction is 0.6 cm latex tube tourniquet. This tourniquet has the following shortcomings: the tourniquet is cylindrical, easy to slip and not easy to tighten; when the tourniquet is cross-knotted, it is easy to twist the skin and make the patient feel pain; when the superficial vein is blocked, the artery is blocked at the same time, the blood flow of the distal limb artery is reduced, resulting in poor venous filling and cyanosis of the skin; the operation is cumbersome, and it is not easy to tighten at one time, which affects the work efficiency. In order to reduce the occurrence of the above phenomena, we designed a medical buckle hemostat, which has been used clinically and achieved good results. Here is an introduction. Method 1.1 Medical clip hemostat with a plastic clip and a wide flat tourniquet about 45 cm in length. 1.2 The structure of the medical buckle hemostat is shown in Fig. 1. Screw one end of tourniquet and put it into a clasp ring.
